The Gold Annual Service Plan includes up to four (4) oil changes, engine air filter replacements, and tire rotations, plus one (1) cabin air filter replacement, one (1) spark plug replacement service, and one (1) serpentine belt replacement. Gold members also receive 15% off labor for all other services performed by The Common Wheel during the 12-month plan term.
Vehicle eligibility is subject to review. Some vehicles may not qualify for the Gold Plan or for certain included services based on vehicle design, service requirements, parts requirements, or other service-related limitations.
Oil change services may be used no more frequently than every 3,000 miles or six (6) months, whichever occurs first. Engine air filters, cabin air filters, spark plugs, and serpentine belts may not be replaced under the plan before the vehicle reaches the manufacturer’s minimum recommended service or replacement interval for that item.
In place of the included spark plug service, the customer may elect to apply that benefit toward the labor for one complete front and rear brake service, including replacement of the brake pads and rotors on both axles. Parts are not included in this substitution. For vehicles equipped with an electronic parking brake (EPB), the plan covers the standard brake labor allowance; the additional 0.3 labor hour required for EPB service will be billed separately.
Included services are use-it-or-lose-it within the annual plan term and have no cash value. The 15% labor discount applies to labor only and does not reduce parts, materials, taxes, fees, or other non-labor charges.

All Annual Service Plan benefits, included services, and discounts apply to labor charges only. Parts, materials, taxes, fees, and other non-labor charges are not included unless specifically stated otherwise.
European vehicles and heavy-duty vehicles are not eligible for Annual Service Plans. Plan benefits and labor discounts may not be applied to services performed using customer-supplied parts.
Annual Service Plans are vehicle-specific and subject to vehicle eligibility. The Common Wheel reserves the right to decline plan enrollment based on the customer, vehicle configuration, service requirements, or other operational considerations. All services are subject to appointment and technician availability.
New plan customers must purchase their first year of coverage through a single annual payment. Customers who have maintained at least one full year of plan coverage may elect to renew using monthly payments instead of a single annual payment, subject to continued plan eligibility.
The Common Wheel reserves the right to terminate an Annual Service Plan at any time. If The Common Wheel terminates a plan, the customer will receive a prorated refund of the amount paid for the remaining full months of the plan term.
Customers may also cancel their plan before the end of the annual term. Customer-initiated cancellations are eligible for a refund equal to 50% of the prorated value of the full months remaining in the plan term. Partial months are not included when calculating a cancellation refund.
Plan benefits and discounts end upon cancellation or termination and have no cash value outside of the applicable refund described above.
